It is in the flow of intensity presenting that life unfolds. It is in the flow of the information moving that truth can be revealed. It is in feeling the intensity that so much information moves and you begin to, finally, feel free. Because it takes immense amounts of energy to sustain intense energy in place. The intensity doesn't go anywhere, it simply manifests differently. Would you rather feel your feelings or get cancer? It really is that simple. 

If you want to be a bad ass sexually empowered woman, embrace your inner hag. That’s right. The crone. The ancient woman. The witch. The hag.

And that's when I realized voting with my feet is far more powerful than trying to explain or rationalize or make clear through words. Voting with my feet, with no explanation given, is far more potent in communicating: I am done. Voting with my feet empowers me out of my habituated freeze or fight response. Voting with my feet feels immesely powerful.

What does it take? To give ourselves permission to be ... other than the culturally conditioned "self" we're taught to be? What does it take to give ourselves permission to feel ... other than the "appropriate" feelings at the "appropriate" time and length? What does it take to simply be ourselves, and tell the truth?

Women, mothers to the creation of Life, give a shit. Because of that, it falls on us to awaken, embody and express from the matriarchal consciousness that demands we let go of what isn't working and engage DIFFERENTLY.

To know one's self, to achieve self-mastery in it's perpetual evolution and discovery, is to stay Present to the totality of what IS. Where are my own internal blinders that keep me from seeing a bigger picture? A larger context? Where do I allow my mind to take me down the rabbit hole of convenience and habit? Where do I not even notice?!

We hang on to what "is" when the pain of hanging on feels greater than the perceived pain of letting go. Here's what letting go requires...

Having met you today was no accident. For a few days now (maybe at most a couple of weeks) I have felt like I must declutter (my physical space as a metaphor for my mind, also). I have taken on a lot, plus being a full-time mom to a two year old precious-breath-of-life boy. Your honest perspective on something as simple as my booth sparked this wave of energy moving that now feels a lot is being / will continue to be released and integrated. ... there's this metaphor of simplify that seems to be coming up for me. The drapes I'm adding to make things appear prettier may be distracting from the essence, the core of the thing I am presenting to the world. 

Our governance is intentionally schizophrenic. The more unpredictable, the more last minute, the more they can keep us on our toes and walking on eggshells, the more legitimate we believe their lies to be because we live in a constant state of anxiety, unpredictability, uncertainty over what’s next. The whole point is, don’t get used to anything!
