WEL-Systems® experiences are sacred conversations among equals. While there is no hierarchy, no gurus, no teachers, no master, there is a massive educational component to point us toward consideration of the existence of an alternative paradigm that directs us toward honouring and respecting our own inner cues. In essence, the whole point is to show us how to become, and live from, and internally referenced space.
I Just Noticed My Phone Is A Manipulative Little Thing...
We live in a world where the rich-and-powerful are creating so much intentional noise, by so many experts and so many flashing lights and so much indoctrination…all of it competing for our undivided, 25-hours-a-day–8-days-a-week attention. The powers that be are not asking nicely, they are extorting us into becoming who they want us to be in this "fourth industrial revolution". Few billionaire men making decisions on our collective behalf and condescendingly yet unapologetically fucking with our lives, unashamedly drilling into us "it's for your own good". Yet women are conditioned to spend their life offended by the word fuck.
Choice: The bridge between the past and the future
As a species, I believe we are at a critical choice point: we can choose evolution by intention ... OR drama. As Louise LeBrun has previously said "there is a bottomless pit for both of them". The good news: YOU get to choose. Right here, right now.
What do you see reflected back at you, when you look at me?
I am aware that I live my life as the antithesis to the status quo. Not in opposition to it; simply in alignment to mySelf. I know myself to be immensely powerful in the creation of my life. I persistently educate myself to alternative points of view. I am profoundly committed to living by intuition. I have learned how to listen to the language of my body, and I fully trust my body to lead me toward my evolution. My life is lived in the perpetual now, with full awareness that I am at a perpetual choice point.
Letting Go to Get Clear: FEEL!
What does it take? To give ourselves permission to be ... other than the culturally conditioned "self" we're taught to be? What does it take to give ourselves permission to feel ... other than the "appropriate" feelings at the "appropriate" time and length? What does it take to simply be ourselves, and tell the truth?
The Language of the Body IS the Language of the Soul
To know one's self, to achieve self-mastery in it's perpetual evolution and discovery, is to stay Present to the totality of what IS. Where are my own internal blinders that keep me from seeing a bigger picture? A larger context? Where do I allow my mind to take me down the rabbit hole of convenience and habit? Where do I not even notice?!

A Joy-Full Mother's Day
Instead of teaching our children WHAT to think, let's teach them HOW to think!We have become really good at teaching (through modeling) the content of our culture to our children. Be polite and say thanks, even if you don't mean it. Otherwise, to speak the truth of your experience (not-thankful) is to be considered rude. So... we teach our children to be insincere and live in contradictory internal states so they don't offend another. We teach them to be dishonest so they can manage an external appearance labeled "polite" and "good". We teach them to shun their truth so they do not have to face the shame imposed on them by authority.In essence, we teach our children that shunning themselves is better than living in fear of being shamed by another.I can't help but wonder ....what is the intelligence of that?! What is the fucking point?! How can we expect our children to grow up to be sincere inside themselves if we are teaching them to not be?! ...and all this for the sake of optics, for the sake of external approval, for the sake of ...hopefully fitting in.
