feel powerful in doing something… even if it is just depleting their own Life Force.For others, fear activates the flight response and they feel compelled to run away. To just keep running. The problem is … the fear comes with them. For others still, fear paralyzes them on the spot. They can’t move. They can’t function. They can’t breathe. They hold their breath and hope for the best. 

So if you’re awake to what’s happening and you seek to create a meaningful life anyway, you are in the right place. If, however, you’d rather put your head in the sand about what’s happening and go on about your day, consider this is your out.

As I tread along creating meaningfully in my life, I notice so-much-bulshit going around. Part of me is filled with a strange yearning for the good ol’ days, and the other part of me knows that there was never really such a thing. At least not in my lifetime, nor any of the times I romanticize as better than. Perhaps, though, there were some parts that were better then (whenever that is) and there are parts that are better now. Given the choice, I categorically choose now.

This blog isn’t about AI taking over the world. This blog is about living authentically, and what it takes to actually do that in a world that demands you use AI for everything (in the process, normalizing AI as superior). Here’s my stance on it: I am unwilling to become one with the cloud.

Today is the day of the most meaningful revelation of my life… I AM The Guardian of the Vision of the WEL-Systems Institute. Deep exhale… This is the greatest Honour and most Sacred Responsibility which I gracefully accept with the deepest of RIG (respect, integrity and generosity of spirit). 

Surrendering to the wave of information that the body carries in the moment you are in will invite and allow the body to do what it’s designed to do: process information! You trust your body to process food without you telling a story about it, don’t you? It’s the exact.same.thing with emotions (energy in motion).

How to integrate the layers upon layers of cultural conditioning that is intended to keep you small and externally referenced.

Have you ever noticed how different your internal state is from that which you present to the world? What I mean by this is that women are taught to silence our visceral truth in favour of appropriateness, politeness, and compliance with the cultural status-quo.Truth is, #allwomen are conditioned to live this way, which is why a congruent no seems to be the hardest word in the English dictionary for women to own.

The problem is that from this paradigm of the world where reality is external and fixed, choosing becomes an illusion.Think about this: if what you’re doing is choosing from what you already have, are you really choosing to manifest? Or are you choosing to comply? If you mistake choice for options, then you will be trapped in the illusion of choice, yet your life your never change.

Shame is culture's most powerful weapon because it works. In the last Igniting Your Potential monthly gathering, I found myself saying something along the lines of “parents intentionally choose shame as a tool in order to control their children's behaviour”.
