Teaser Soundbites from Unveil Your Truth, Reclaim Your Self
The more you inquire about yourself within the good company of other curious women, the more you discover, the more empowered you become. In this post, I have decided to share some soundbites from the past Awaken to & Reclaim Your Unique Truth experience.
#ShotOfHope
Yet we have focused all our collective energy on creating division, segregation, hate, fear... fighting an inevitably endemic virus...All the whileDying.Gracelessly. Fearfully.Lonely. In denial.
The Warrior Strategy: If I am right and I am good, then I am safe
Fear has always been a powerful control mechanism. Fear is all story based. It is kept alive by stories of the past, or the future. Fear has always been fueled by external referencing and habituated ways of thinking, both of which are detrimental to our ability (and willingness) to exercise free will.
If climate collapse was the legacy of baby boomers, is global authoritarianism ours?
How comfortable are you with any and all of what you notice going on being normalised as a way of life moving forward? Because we don't tend to "go back" to pre-emergency measures...So, what's our new normal look like?
Unstoried Being: A Way of Life
I am called to BE, unstoried. To integrate my history by intention (both individual and collective) and create, unstoried. Express from that newfound place of being, unstoried. Therefore mindfully design and create the world I want to be in as I go along, without the perceived limitations of the world I believe I am in.
Same Intention, Different Strategies: To vote or not to vote, that is entirely not the question.
As I have recently discovered, life expressing is never about the content or the strategy: it is about the intention that that we each hold and express from. That individual expression, that individual thread woven, contributes to the new design in the weave of the new tapestry of our collective, shared experience. Each thread is a new invitation to evolve by intention.
Why I Will NOT Be Voting This Election
Until now, I have tolerated the blatant contradictions and have always believed that there is a lesser evil. I no longer believe that. Because no matter the perceived lesser evil, today, they are all inciting division and violence in ways that feel invasive to my core. So, I am done pretending band-aid solutions to our predicaments are enough; casting a vote for a broken system is not empowering and it is not enough.

How CODE Model Coaching transforms lives
“I am the first of my long line ancestors afforded the freedom to be able to choose, to create my life in whichever way it is meaningful for me in each unfolding moment. What a gift I have given mySelf — one I am eternally grateful for and intend to honour, as if my life depends on it, because it does.”

Dear Declan: A love letter to my son
“I am choosing to write these letters and post them publicly because I know I am not alone in what I see unfolding “out there”. I know I am not the only mother who is deeply concerned. And… I know that I choose not to hide in the closet, pretending, because there is no power there.”

Transcending A Life of Mediocrity
“What else is possible when you embrace the fundamental lie that plagues our global cultural beliefs? Everything is peachy out there and if you feel anything but numb to all the (utterly indisputable) bullshit, then there’s something wrong with you.”

How this process changes lives
“Today, I know well that the past does not serve me. It helped shape me, it has provided me with an opportunity to learn more about myself, and it does not define me. I know, with every single breath, I can choose choices that serve me, as I am, in this moment.”
